Understanding Submission Limits
How monthly submission limits work, including grace periods and resets.
How limits work
Each plan has a monthly submission limit (except Professional, which is unlimited). This is the maximum number of form submissions Lead to Sheet will capture and sync each month.
- Free trial — 100 submissions
- Starter — 100 submissions per month
- Growth — 500 submissions per month
- Professional — unlimited
What counts as a submission
Every form submission captured by Lead to Sheet counts toward your monthly limit. This includes submissions from all forms on your website combined.
Tip
Submissions from ignored forms do not count toward your limit. If you have forms you don’t need (like search bars or login forms), ignore them to save your allowance for the forms that matter.
Grace period
When you hit your monthly submission limit, Lead to Sheet activates a 24-hour grace period. During this time, submissions continue to be captured normally. This gives you time to upgrade your plan without losing any leads.
After the 24-hour grace period expires, new submissions will be blocked until either your limit resets at the start of the next month or you upgrade to a higher plan.
Note
You’ll receive an email notification when you hit your submission limit and the grace period begins.
Monthly reset
Your submission count resets to zero at the start of each calendar month (the 1st). This is the same regardless of when your billing cycle started.
You can see your current usage on your Account page, which shows a progress bar with how many submissions you’ve used this month out of your plan’s limit.
