Daily, weekly and monthly digests
Get a clean roll-up of activity in your inbox so you stay on top of inbound without logging in.
What digests include
- Total leads in the period and the change vs the previous period
- A warning banner near the top if any submissions are stuck in a Failed sync state (the count is the lifetime total of submissions in FAILED status, not period-scoped — drill into the dashboard for the failing rows)
- Top performing forms, ranked by lead count
- Top traffic sources (or 'direct' when no UTM is present)
- A quick-look table of the most recent submissions
- A direct link to your dashboard for the site
Frequencies
- Daily - last 24 hours of activity, delivered every morning
- Weekly - the previous 7 days, delivered Monday morning
- Monthly - the previous 30 days, delivered on the 1st
Note
All digests are sent shortly after 08:00 UTC. You can enable any combination of the three.
Setting up digests
- 1
Open the Notifications page
The standalone Notifications sidebar item was removed — navigate to /dashboard/<your-site-id>/notifications directly (or replace another sub-path like /forms or /leads with /notifications in your URL bar). Scroll past the legacy redirect notice to reach the Email digests settings.
- 2
Pick frequencies
In the "Email digests" card, toggle Daily, Weekly, or Monthly on. Enabled rows are highlighted in green.
- 3
Add digest recipients
Add the email addresses that should receive every enabled digest. Digest recipients are managed independently from real-time alert recipients - you can send alerts to your sales team and digests to managers, for example.
When digests are skipped
- There are no recipients on the digest list
- There were zero leads in the period (we skip the email but still mark the period as processed so we don't double-send)
- All submissions in the period were classified as spam
