How the Refer & Earn Program Works

Overview

Every LeadToSheet account can opt in to our referral program. Once enabled, you get a unique referral link to share. Anyone who signs up through your link is tracked as your referral for life - and you earn commission for as long as they remain a paying customer.

• 20% recurring commission on every payment your referrals make (default rate). If a customer is refunded for a payment you earned commission on, that commission is automatically adjusted down — already-paid-out commissions are reversed via a negative balance entry that's netted against your next payout.
• 30-day click attribution + lifetime commission - your referral link drops a 30-day cookie; if the visitor signs up within those 30 days they're permanently attributed to you, and you earn commission for as long as they remain a paying customer
• $50 minimum payout balance
• Pay out via bank transfer or PayPal email

Enabling referrals

   Open Refer & Earn

   Click "Refer & Earn" in the sidebar footer.

   Activate the program

   Click "Get My Referral Link" to generate your unique referral code and link.

   Add payout details

   Enter either your PayPal email or your bank account details so we can pay you when commissions are due. You can update these any time.

   Share your link

   Copy your referral link from the dashboard and share it on your website, in newsletters, on social media, or anywhere else.

Tracking referrals and earnings

The Refer & Earn dashboard shows five key stats:

• Total Referrals - everyone who has signed up using your link
• Active Clients - referrals who are currently on a paid plan or still in their free trial
• Total Earned - all-time commissions earned, before payouts
• Available Balance - earned commissions that haven't been requested for payout yet, ready for you to withdraw
• Pending Balance - commissions tied to a payout request you've already submitted but that hasn't been paid out yet

Recent Referrals are listed below the stats so you can see who's signed up most recently.

Requesting a payout

Once you've saved your payout details and your Available Balance reaches $50, the "Request Payout" button becomes active. Click it to request a withdrawal of your full balance. We'll process the payment using the details you saved.
