How LeadToSheet Works

A simple, big-picture tour: how leads are captured, understood, and delivered to the places you work.

The big idea

LeadToSheet makes sure you never lose a lead. It catches the people who fill in your forms or ad enquiries, keeps them all in one tidy place (a Google Sheet), and can pass each new lead straight to the other tools your team uses. Think of it as a net under every form you have.

It works in three steps: capture, understand, and deliver.

Step 1: Capture your leads

Leads can reach you from lots of places, and LeadToSheet brings them all together:

  • Forms on your own website (add one small snippet and they're captured automatically).
  • Forms you build inside LeadToSheet and share by link or embed.
  • Your own HTML form pointed at a LeadToSheet web address.
  • Ad lead forms from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn.
  • Other tools, through a webhook or a Formaloo connection.
  • A spreadsheet of existing leads you upload, or your own software using our API.

You set these up on the Sources page, and every one of them feeds into the same place.

Step 2: Understand each lead

Every captured lead appears on your Leads page. If you turn on AI, each lead is also scored Hot, Warm, or Cold and given extra details about the person and their company, so you can spot your best leads at a glance. The Insights page then shows the bigger picture, like where your leads come from and how many you get over time.

Step 3: Deliver leads where you need them

Every lead is saved to your Google Sheet automatically, with no setup. On top of that, you can build Routes that send leads to the other places you work:

  • Your CRM, like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel.
  • Your team chat, like Slack, Discord, or Microsoft Teams.
  • An automatic reply email to the person who enquired.
  • Messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • Any other tool, using a custom webhook.

You can also get an instant alert for every new lead, and a regular email summary.

Putting it together

Note

Example: someone fills in the contact form on your website. Within seconds, the lead is on your Leads page and in your Google Sheet, scored Hot by AI, posted to your sales team's Slack channel, added to your CRM, and sent a friendly auto-reply — all on its own.
