Understanding Your Dashboard
A quick tour of your LeadToSheet dashboard and what each section shows you.
Key metrics
The top of your dashboard shows four key metrics at a glance:
- Total Leads — the total number of form submissions captured since you created your account
- Today — the number of submissions received today
- This Week — the number of submissions received in the past 7 days
- Sync Rate — the percentage of submissions that have been successfully synced to Google Sheets
Google Sheets integration
The hero banner at the top of your dashboard includes an "Open Google Sheet" button to jump straight to your spreadsheet, and a "Manage Access" button to share the sheet with teammates.
Note
If you don't see those buttons and instead see a "Connect Google Sheets" card, it means your Google Drive connection needs attention. See our troubleshooting guide for Google Sheets connection issues.
Recent activity
The Recent Activity section shows your last 5 form submissions. Each entry displays the form name, the page it was submitted from, and when it was received. This gives you a quick pulse on what's coming in.
Navigation
Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections:
- Overview — the dashboard you're on now, with key metrics, recent activity, and your Google Sheet link
- Leads — view, filter, and search every captured submission
- Forms — view detected forms and toggle tracking on or off
- Integrations — install the SDK, manage Google Sheet access, and configure webhooks
- Account — manage your profile, subscription, and team settings
- Refer & Earn — opt in to the referral program and earn commission on customers you bring to LeadToSheet
- Feature Requests — see the public roadmap, vote on features, and submit your own ideas
If you have multiple sites, use the site switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Each site has its own SDK key, Google Sheet, leads, forms, and webhook configuration.
