Understanding Your Dashboard

A quick tour of your LeadToSheet dashboard and what each section shows you.

Key metrics

The top of your dashboard shows four key metrics at a glance:

  • Total Leads — the total number of real form submissions captured for this site. Spam and ignored forms aren't counted. A "· N spam blocked" note shows how many spam submissions were filtered out.
  • Today — the number of submissions received today (a "· N spam" suffix shows the count of submissions blocked by spam filters today, which are not included in the main number)
  • This Week — the number of submissions received in the past 7 days, with its own "· N spam" note for the week.
  • Sync Rate — the percentage of submissions that haven't failed to reach your Google Sheet. Submissions still waiting their turn count as on-track, not failed.

Google Sheets integration

The Google Sheets card on your dashboard (and the matching card on the Forms and Leads pages) includes an "Open Google Sheet" button to jump straight to your spreadsheet, and a "Manage Access" button to share the sheet with teammates.

Note

If you don't see those buttons and instead see a "Connect Google Sheets" card, it means your Google Drive connection needs attention. See our troubleshooting guide for Google Sheets connection issues.

Recent activity

The Recent Activity section shows your last 5 form submissions. Each entry displays the form name, the page it was submitted from, and when it was received. This gives you a quick pulse on what's coming in.

Note

If any of the 5 most recent submissions has a Failed sync status, a Retry button appears on its row so you can re-send it to your Google Sheet right from the dashboard. You can also re-sync any lead from its own row on the Leads page.
