Managing Multiple Sites

Run more than one website or brand from a single account, each with its own leads, sheet, and settings.

Why use more than one site

If you look after more than one website or brand, you can give each one its own site (we call these Website Workspaces). Everything stays separate, so leads from one site never mix with another.

  • Its own install snippet and Site Key.
  • Its own Google Sheet for leads.
  • Its own leads, forms, and hosted forms.
  • Its own routes, alerts, and settings.

Add a new site

  1. 1

    Open the site switcher

At the very top of the sidebar, click the site name (next to the globe icon) to open the switcher, then choose "Manage Sites".

  2. 2

    Open Add A Website

On the Website Workspaces page, open the "Add A Website" panel.

  3. 3

    Name it and create

Type a Site Name (this is the only required field) and, if you like, the site's Domain. Then click "Add Site".

  4. 4

    You are ready

LeadToSheet sets up a fresh Google Sheet and a form endpoint for the new site automatically. Install its snippet on the new site just like you did for your first one.

Note

You can leave the Domain blank if a site only gets leads from ads, a CSV import, or another source rather than a website of its own.

Switch between sites

Use the site switcher at the top of the sidebar to jump between your sites. When you pick a different site, you stay on the same page (Leads, Forms, Routes, and so on) but now see that site's information.

Set your default site

Your default site is the one that opens first when you log in. In the site switcher (or on the Website Workspaces page), click the star or "Set default" on the site you want. The current default shows a "Default" badge.

Rename or pause a site

  • Rename — open a site's card on the Website Workspaces page, change its Site Name or Domain, and save.
  • Pause capture — switch off "Capture submissions" on the site's card to stop taking new leads for a while, then turn it back on whenever you're ready.

Note

Need to remove a site completely? Contact support and we'll take care of it — this protects you from deleting a site's leads by accident.
