Understanding Insights & Analytics
See where your leads come from and how many you get over time, all on one page.
Where to find Insights
Choose Insights in the sidebar (under Pipeline) to open your analytics page. It turns your real form submissions into simple charts so you can see how your leads are coming in.
Pick a time range at the top — Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days (30 days to start). Spam and ignored forms are left out, so you only see real leads.
The numbers at the top
- Total Leads — how many real leads you got in the time range you picked.
- Attributed — the share of those leads we could trace back to a source, like an ad, a search, or another website. The rest are counted as "Direct", which means we couldn't tell how they arrived.
- Top Channel — the single biggest source of your leads.
- Landing Pages — how many different pages captured at least one lead.
The charts
- Lead score distribution — how your leads split into Hot, Warm, Cold, and Unscored, based on AI quality scoring.
- Submissions over time — a day-by-day view of how many leads came in, with your busiest day called out.
- Acquisition channels — a donut chart showing the mix of where leads come from (paid search, paid social, organic search, email, referral, direct, and more).
- Top landing pages — the pages that bring in the most leads.
- Top referrers — the outside websites sending you visitors who become leads.
- UTM analysis — your leads broken down by campaign, with tabs for Source, Medium, and Campaign.
Tip
The UTM analysis only fills in when your links carry UTM tags. Add them to your ad and email links so every campaign shows up here.
