The Sources Page
One place to set up every way leads can reach you, and to check each one is healthy.
What the Sources page is for
Sources is the first item under Capture in the sidebar. It's your home base for turning on every way leads can come in — from your own website or from outside tools — and for checking they're all working.
Capture from your own site
These tiles set up leads coming from a website you control:
- JavaScript SDK — one snippet that auto-captures the forms already on your site.
- Hosted Forms — build a form here and share its link or embed it, no website needed.
- Form Endpoint — point your own HTML form at our URL, with no JavaScript.
- REST API — send leads from your own software using an API key.
Other lead sources
These tiles connect outside tools so their leads land in the same place:
- Meta Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms — pull in leads from your ad forms.
- Formaloo — connect a Formaloo form.
- Custom Webhook — receive leads from almost any tool, including Zapier, n8n, or Make.
- CSV Import — upload a spreadsheet of existing leads.
Note
Google Lead Forms and TikTok are on the way. Until then, use Custom Webhook with a tool like Zapier to bring those leads in — they still land in the same sheet and routes.
Check everything is healthy
The band at the top of the page gives you an at-a-glance status: whether your Google Sheet is connected and when it last synced, how many leads you've received and when the last one arrived, how many routes you have, and the result of your most recent delivery to a destination. Each source tile also shows its own lead count and when it last received a lead.
Opening a source
Click any tile to open a panel with its setup steps — your snippet, your endpoint URL, your API keys, and so on. (Older links such as Settings then SDK, API, or Endpoints now bring you straight here.)
