Branding & Styling Your Forms
Make a hosted form look like your brand — logo, colours, fonts, layout, and button text.
Where to find branding
Open one of your hosted forms and choose the Branding tab. You'll see your style controls on the left and a live preview on the right that updates as you change things, so you always know exactly what visitors will see.
Tip
Got everything looking the way you like it? Click "Save as site default" so every new form you build on this site starts with the same look.
Add your logo
Open the Logo section to put your logo at the top of the form.
- Upload an image (PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, or GIF, up to 1 MB) or paste an image URL instead.
- Add alt text so the logo is described for screen readers.
- Choose its position — left, centre, or right — and set how tall it can be.
- Turn on "Hide on mobile" if you'd rather not show the logo on small screens.
Colours, fonts, and layout
Colours
Pick your Brand colour — it's used for buttons and highlights. Open "Advanced colours" if you also want to set the background, text, border, and error colours by hand.
Fonts
Choose a font for your headings and a font for your body text. Leave them on "System default" to match the visitor's device, or pick one of the built-in fonts for a more branded feel.
Layout
- Corner radius — sharp, rounded, or pill-shaped corners.
- Density — compact or comfortable spacing.
- Field style — outlined, filled, or underlined input boxes.
Background
Set the form's background to none, a solid colour, a gradient, or an image.
Finishing touches
- "Powered by LeadToSheet" footer — choose whether to show this small badge at the bottom of your form.
- Custom CSS — an advanced box for developers who want pixel-perfect control. Most people never need it.
Note
When you're done, click "Save branding". Use the "Reset" button at the top if you ever want to go back to the default look.
