Embedding & Sharing Your Forms

Share a hosted form's link, embed it on your website, or load it in an iframe.

Publish first

You can copy the share options at any time, but your form needs to be published before the link or embed will load for visitors. While it's still a draft, its public page shows a "not found" message, so open the form, click Publish, and then share it.

Pick how to share it

Open your form and choose the Embed tab. You'll see four ways to share it — each has a Copy button. Pick whichever suits you:

  1. 1

    Hosted page link (easiest)

Copy the form's web address and share it anywhere — in an email, an ad, a social post, or a button on your site. Visitors open a clean page with just your form on it. No website changes needed.

  2. 2

    Drop-in script

Copy this small snippet and paste it into a page on your own website where you want the form to appear. The form shows up right inside your page, styled with your branding.

  3. 3

    Iframe

Some website builders don't allow scripts. In that case, copy the iframe option instead — it loads your form in a frame and resizes itself to fit.

  4. 4

    Submit URL

This is the raw web address the form sends data to. It's only for developers building their own custom form; most people can ignore it.

Tip

Not sure which to use? Start with the hosted page link — it's the quickest way to start collecting leads and needs no setup on your side.
