Connecting Formaloo
Generate a Formaloo webhook URL and shared secret so Formaloo submissions become LeadToSheet leads.
What LeadToSheet creates
Formaloo sends leads through webhooks. LeadToSheet creates a dedicated Formaloo source URL, a one-time shared secret, and a Form record for the site you choose.
- The URL points to LeadToSheet's Formaloo ingest endpoint.
- The secret is checked against Formaloo's X-Formaloo-Token header.
- Accepted Formaloo events include form submit, row update, and row payment events.
Set it up

Open Sources
In LeadToSheet, open the site that should receive the Formaloo leads, then choose Sources.

Pick Formaloo
Click the Formaloo card, name the connection, and generate the URL and shared secret.

Add the webhook in Formaloo
In Formaloo, click your profile and select Webhook. On the Add new integration tab, paste the LeadToSheet URL and secret.

Enable readable data
Enable form submit events and rendered or readable data so LeadToSheet receives customer-friendly field names.

Send a test
Submit the Formaloo form once and confirm the lead appears in LeadToSheet and your Google Sheet.
Note
Formaloo expects successful webhook deliveries to return an empty 200 response. LeadToSheet returns that response for verified Formaloo payloads, including duplicate or empty events.
Important
The Formaloo ingest endpoint rejects payloads larger than 256 KB with a 413 status. If your Formaloo form collects file uploads or large free-text fields and you start seeing failures in Formaloo's webhook delivery log, trim the payload (drop large attachments, restrict the fields Formaloo posts) before retrying.
