My Meta or LinkedIn Lead Connection Stopped
New leads from your Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn ad forms aren't arriving? The connection usually just needs reconnecting.
Why this happens
Connections to Meta and LinkedIn use a secure sign-in that can stop working over time — for example, if the access expired or someone changed the account's permissions. When that happens, new ad leads can't come through until you reconnect. We email you when we notice it so you can act quickly.
How to fix it

Open your connections
Go to Account, then Connections (you can also reach it from the Sources page).

Find the connection that needs attention
It will be marked as needing to be reconnected.

Click Reconnect and approve
Sign in again and approve the same permissions. This takes about 15 seconds.
Note
Leads you've already captured are safe. Once reconnected, new ad leads start flowing in again.
