Hosted Form Isn't Receiving Submissions
A form you built in LeadToSheet isn't capturing leads? Work through these quick checks.
Is the form published?
A form only goes live once you publish it. While it's still a draft, its shared link and embed show a page that says the form can't be found. Open the form and click Publish, then try again.
Other quick checks
- Allowed domains — if you listed allowed websites in the form's Settings tab, submissions from any other website are blocked. Add the correct website, or clear the list to allow any.
- Archived form — if you archived the form, its public page stops working. Restore it from the Archived tab and publish it again.
- Trial or limit reached — if your free trial has ended or you've used up this month's leads, new submissions pause. Check your Account page.
- Test it yourself — open the form's link, submit it with test details, then look at the form's Submissions tab and your Leads page.
