Send new-lead cards to a Discord channel webhook.
Create a channel webhook

Open Discord channel settings
Choose the channel that should receive lead alerts, then open Integrations.

Create or copy a webhook
Create a webhook for the channel and copy the full webhook URL.

Paste it into LeadToSheet
Use the Discord destination in the route builder and paste the https://discord.com/api/webhooks/... URL. (LeadToSheet also accepts the legacy https://discordapp.com/api/webhooks/... host for older webhook URLs.)
Note
Discord alerts are sent as embeds and LeadToSheet disables mention parsing, so submitted lead text cannot ping everyone or roles.
