Connecting Microsoft Teams

Create the webhook

LeadToSheet sends Teams alerts as MessageCard payloads. Paste a Teams incoming webhook URL or a Power Automate workflow URL that accepts the same JSON payload.

• Accepted hosts include outlook.office.com and webhook.office.com.
• Power Automate URLs on tenant logic.azure.com hosts are also accepted.
• Alerts include submitted fields, attribution when available, and a link back to the LeadToSheet dashboard.

Set it up

   Create the Teams or Power Automate endpoint

   Create a channel webhook or workflow endpoint in Microsoft 365 and copy the full HTTPS URL.

   Add Microsoft Teams in LeadToSheet

   Open the route builder, choose Microsoft Teams, paste the URL, and send a test lead.
